I wrote two more chapters over the last week, but that's all- did two paragraphs of revision, typed up some of my rough- but very little new material overall. Garage sales, summer cleaning, and reading (re-reading, that is) have kept me busy.
Oh, that's right! Summer homework. The stuff still in my backback underneath the last list of scholarships (which I should probably be entering, seeing as I'm technically a Junior now).

Yeah, about that.... I'll get on it... maybe next month, when I should probably start querying again.
Wait, that's 30 days from now. Darn! Alright, I admit to being a slacker. I'll probably get most of the writing done, though. And I'm not alone in my insanity. The current beta reader I'm swapping with is doing the same exact thing, though I wasn't aware of it until this morning.
*Holds up keyboard* Will type until mine resembles Zoe's. (Zoe E. Courtman, that is.)

You have been writing more than I have - that's for sure. It's summer, you get distracted =)
I joined JulNoWriMo so I could force myself to finish my novel. So far it is working.
Aspen: Oh, yes. *buries head in Chemistry textbook*
Lynnsi: Great!
Oh, my god, SUMMER HOMEWORK. No. Not happening. Never. I will glare at my teacher and declare that they are evil because I am so not doing summer homework.
...or not.
Ugh. I've had to rewrite an 80k book in a week and a half. (I'm only at 65k right now.) I hope the agent likes it...
Aikes! Good luck with that... -hides away low word count meter-
